Kelly Mahoney is a Singer, Actress and Voice over artist from Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

Kelly discovered from a young age that performing was her passion. She was accepted into the National Academy of Singing & Dramatic Art (NASDA) in 2009, where she played lead roles in productions of  42nd Street, Cats, Cloud Street and High School Musical 2.

 

Having graduated in 2011, Kelly furthered her studies with the Post Graduate Diploma in Jazz/Contemporary Voice at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University, then completing her Master of Music Studies in 2013.

 

She was selected as a Semi Finalist for the Rob Guest Endowment award in 2013 which is a very highly prestigious performance award in Australia.

 

Other performances include Cathy (understudy) The Last Five Years, and Shena (Trio) in The Boy From Oz.

 

After finishing her Graduate Diploma of Education in 2016, Kelly moved to Melbourne to pursue her performing and teaching. She co-wrote her cabaret Don't Rain on My Parade  (Duetting Divas) with Dana Musil before obtaining a contract in 2020 on Celebrity Cruises with her band Sea Sharp. She has since married and created a new Guest Entertainer show "The Power Of Love" alongside her Husband Val a very talented Violinist, Pianist and Vocalist.
